I never knew that they were anesthesiologists till they told me more stories while we were in Vancouver BC.
Their Love is more than infinity.
Farrukh and Vajeeha crossed paths unknowingly in 2014 when Vajeeha was being interviewed for a residency training position in Saskatoon. But, it wasn’t till 2016 that their love story began. They met again, by chance, after finding each other online. Short text messages soon became long phone calls then FaceTime conversations and finally frequent visits from Saskatoon to Hamilton.
With both of them still training to become anesthesiologists in different cities across the country, their loved faced many challenges, but none that could keep them apart. In August of 2016, while surrounded by family and friends, Farrukh and Vajeeha had a Nikkah ceremony and reception in Toronto to mark the start of their journey together. In July of 2017 they completed their wedding celebrations with a beautiful mehendi followed by an elegant wedding in Toronto. With Farrukh’s family residing in British Columbia, a final timeless and elegant reception was held in Vancouver. Their jobs may take them in different directions, but the love between them is insurmountable by any distance. Theirs is a love that cannot be tamed.
What I have learned from this story is that love is never ending. Knowing your lovely couple is a must. Get to know them more, let them share their story with you and let them decide how personal they want to get. I don’t usually ask what my couples do for a living or their background. I always treat my clients equally.
