Early morning of October 6,2012 when we start covering this couples’ most memorable event at 47th floor of 1 King St. West Hotel. Very rare that I shoot a wedding prep in this high-rise 51-storey hotel, that is why when I have the chance to be here, I enjoy the spectacular views of the city and Lake Ontario.
For Fenie and Chris it was just like yesterday when they first met. It started at First Year university during club recruiting session when Chris first saw Fenie. Chris with his attempt to get to know her more, kept calling her but wouldn’t leave a message when no one answered. Fenie, on the on the other hand, not recognizing his number, wouldn’t answer the calls. Both didn’t realize that they liked each other at first sight. Until, Eric the best man, bride’s classmate and fellow member of a Filipino group at York, happened to be the groom’s childhood friend,led the couple’s way to each other. Hanging out at school till he finally asked her out.
Now, here they are after 8 years. In witness of their family and friends and before God, they take each other as lawfully wedded husband & wife in Grade Church on-the-Hill in Toronto, Ontario. After the completion of their matrimonial ceremony, the celebration continued in style in Rosewater Supper Club, international cuisine in the heart of Toronto. The air of romance and happiness filled the scenes which is so inspiring for me captivate, as can be seen in this SDE video.
Today, I encountered another unique experience, another back to back wedding coverage. This time, due to the proximity of the venues although with a little time pressure, I managed to appear and cover some of the important parts of the celebration of today’s earlier commitment, then came back at its conclusion. My team of 3 took care of the rest while I proceed to the next event with my other team of 4. Although not physically there the entire time, I had the oversight of the wedding filming. At the end, both wedding filming have turned out great and the special moments to be remembered were satisfactory preserved. Thanks to my skillful and dependable team. As always, I strive hard to keep the wedded couples happy and gratified with my work, same day edit and full videos. So far, at the end of each day, I never fail to leave them well-pleased smiles on their faces. Thank you for all the opportunities!
